Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with That Arty Mum!


For print and framed print orders, please let us know if you notice an issue with any of the products on your order.


Let us know if there is an issue in regards to misprint, damage or defective prints/frames within 21 days of receiving your order. For any orders damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods  and photograph the condition of the packaging and damaged goods in order to file a claim with the delivery company.

 

For packages lost in transit,  please let us know no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part or damaged in transit are covered at our expense. We will either arrange a replacement to be dispatched to you or arrange a refund at your request. Please do not return any products without contacting us first.


In the case you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment ends up being returned to the printing facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


In the case of an order that is left unclaimed and returned to the printing facility you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).


Please note, as these products are custom printed on demand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

As digital downloads cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds.
